PRINCE BISMARCK.
Bmus, April 2. Five thousand students marched to FriedrichsruUo, to congratulate Prince Bismarck on the anniversary of his birthday. The Prince, in replying, referred to the value of peace, and declared that when ho was Chancellor, he had yielded on the Caroline and Samoan questions, despite their greatvaluoin the matter of Colonial expansion, in order to avoid war. He alluded to thereceipt of presents and telegrams from German residents in Australia, and also to tho enthusiastic celebration of his biithday, in London and America.
