FIRE AT NAPIER.
CAUSED BY A TRAMP,
(By Telegraph —Press Association.) : Napibk, Tuesday, The Union Rowing Club's shod and plant were totally destroyed by fire at 3.30 this morning. The fire was first observed.by two railway omployes, who hastened to tho spot, but could only save ono pleasure boat. There ia au insurance of £3OO on the light racing boats, and £lls on building, oars and gear, in the Northern Insurance Company.
