After the annual meeting of shareholders in the Xi:w '/it'iilmid Times on Monday, the Directors intend to resign, This action is owinp; to a dispute \vith Ministers, some of whom arc shareholders, and who think tho paper has not supported them sufficiently. Having secured a majority of proxies, they aro practically able to dictate their own terms which, it is believed, may involvo changes in the stuff.
