RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Nominations and Acceptances must he accompanied by tho necessaiy fees, otherwise they will be rejected. 2. Nominations must slate colour, sex, name, age, pedigree and previous performances (where not known to handicapper), and colours to be worn by the rider, and quote number of race entered for. 3. A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time (back and hunier races excepted) and is not nominated in any race other than Hack or Hunter races at time of Nomination, 4.
