Improvements include 8 roomed house, dairy, store-room, woolshed, good stabling, garden, orchard,etc, Lot 2. 106 acres first-class bush land, partly cleared and fenced, river frontage, situate at the Taucru, and being section 16 on the plan of the Taueru Block.
