RIOT IN MADRID.
DETERMINED ATTITUDE OF THE SPANISH JOURNALISTS. (Received March 19,1 a.m.) Madrid, March 18. ■As the outcome of the military officers' riots, the principle feature of which was the attack on two newspaper offices, tho Spanish Cabinet has resigned. In Congress, the Minister of War spoke in palliation of tho action of the military, whereupon the press loft the gallery iu a body, as a protest against tho Minister's attitude, Subsequently the editors' of the local papers interviewed Ministers on the subject, and threatened that tlioy would not publish a single paper unless they were guaranteed that a repetition of the conduct of tho military would not be permitted by the Government.
