DETERMINED ATTITUDE OF THE SPANISH JOURNALISTS. In Congress, the Minister of War spoke in palliation of tho action of the military, whereupon the press loft the gallery iu a body, as a protest against tho Minister's attitude, Subsequently the editors' of the local papers interviewed Ministers on the subject, and threatened that tlioy would not publish a single paper unless they were guaranteed that a repetition of the conduct of tho military would not be permitted by the Government.
