Tenders to be sent in to the undersigned not later than SATURDAY) the 30th day of March, at 12 noon. Viz.— Lot 1. The Baunockburn property as a whole, containing 1520 acres good land,consisting ef undulating terraces and flats, soil limestone and alluvial deposit, nearly all ploughablc, ring fenced, and diyided into convenient paddocks, all well watered.
