(By Telegraph.—Press Association). Dunedin, Friday. The death is announced of Mr John Hartley Jennings, an old identity, and father of the Hon, Mr J. Jennings, M.L.C. It has been decided that the Stuart Memorial will tako the form of a seated model in bronze, provided the artist can satisfy the Committee that there are founders in the Colony who can be entrusted with the easting. The fund amounts to £750. ft has been decided to form a Fresh Food and Cool Storage Company here, on the lines of those in Melbourne and Sydney. !
