The new rule, which permits a competitor the option of counting either both his sigliters or only his second sighter, is much appreciated, and is largely taken advantage of. So far, there have been no complaints against the ammunition, and tbo marking is voiy good. The chief scorers at the rang, were Andersou (Wanganui), RolpF son (Lyttelton), Green, Wood, and F.
