Nominations and Acceptances must ho accompanied by the necessaiy fees, otherwise they will be rejected. 2. Nominations must state colour, sex, name, age, pedigree and previous performances (where not known to handicapper), and colours to be worn by the rider, and quote number of race entered for. 3. A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time (hack and hunter races excepted) and is not nominated in any race other than Hack or Buuttr races at timo of Nomination, 4. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the Secretly, and 30 minutes before the time of starting. No entry will be received for any raco unless on the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections atising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decisions upon all points shall be final. All-nominations, entries and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount,must be addressed to tlio Secretary, Masterton. No entry will bo received after the hour named on any presence whatever.
