The forts at Yungkow andHich, resisted after the capture of Newchwang, bat wore taken on Thursday. The New York World states that China has been informed by Japan, of the terms of peace which were negotiated through the United States Ministers in Tokio and Pekin, and that she lias declared her willingness to accept them,
