[llT DAMOCLES.] At the annual meeting of the Carterton F.C. held on Saturday night, the following officers were elected:—President, Dr. Johnston; vice-Presidents, Messrs W, Moore,' L, Nix, W. G, King and J. Bayliss; Match Committee, Messrs C. MooreH, Telford and C. Allen; Secretary, Mr C. Mooro (re-elected); Treasurer, Mr C. Allen (re-elected); Delegates' to the Union, Messrs C.
