Nominations for all events close with the Secretary at the Empire Hotel, Featkerjton, on Tuesday, 21st March, at 7.30 p m, Weights for thn Ist day's Handicaps will be declared on Saturday, March 30th, Acceptances for the first day's Handicaps close lit the same place on Monday, Bth April, at 7.30 p.m. Weights for the second day's Handicaps will bo declared at the Empire Hotel, Featherston, at about 8 p.m. on the night of the first day's races. Acceptances close at a time to be notified after weights are posted.
RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Nominations and Acceptances must be accompanied by the necestaiy feet, otherwise they will be rejected, 2. Ruminations must state colour, sex, name, age, pedigree and previous performances (where not known to handicappcr), and colours to be worn by tho rider, and quote number of race entered for. 3. A hack is a horse that has never won on advertised race at aDy timo (hack and hunter races excepted) and is not nominated in any race other than Hack or Hunter races at time of Nomination, 4. In case of a protest the same must be lodged with the Seoretary within 15mins. after the race has been run, with a deposit ; of £2, such deposit to bo forfeited if the protest be found frivolous or vexatious. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the Secretary, and 30 minutes before the time of starting. No entry will be received for any race unless on the conditionsthatallclaims,disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their deoisiona upon all points shall be final.
