ByTelegraph.-Own Correspondent. Pahiatua, Friday. The Makakahi Hotel has been secured by Mr Rains, of Pahiatua. Mr D.Crewe, out of 8| acres of laud expects to reap a harvest of 18 tons of oaten chaff. A meeting is called for Monday' evening to consider the advisability of forming a cycling club in Pahiatua. Tho usual monthly meeting of the Pahiatua County Council is to be held to-morrow. . ,„..„,. The Pahiatua Borough Council's fortnightly meeting will be held on Monday evening, The annual meeting of the Pahiatua Bums Club, will also be held on Monday evening,
