(From Our Own Correspondent). Friday. At a meeting of members of the Wairarapa Hunt Club held yesterday,JMr G. Tully, master, presiding, it was resolved to open tho hunting season on the 28th inst,, at Masterton. The Master, Huntsman, and Seoretary were left to arrange the other events. It was resolved to hold asteoplechasc meeting on the Clareville course at a date to bo fixed upon later. The stakes were limited to , £2OO, and Mr R. R, Armstrong gave a special prize of a hunting saddle. MrMcEwan, dairy expert, visited the several factories in the district yesterday. ff
