Sydney, Februury 23. The Pastoralists' Uuion having informed the Australian Workers' Union Conference that a definite statement us to tho arrangement for the settlement of the shearing difficulty in future, cannot be made till next meeting, the Shearers' Conucil Union has decided to maintain the 1891, or verbal argrecment under tho Conference terms during the forthcoming season, unless the Pastoralists agreed to a Confereuco to arrange mutual terms. Mr Spendjj President of the Shearers' UnioJ|f says that unless the Confereuco is granted there will bo renowedhostilities for a considerable time,
