ALLEGED POISONING.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Napier, Wednesday. The Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court have closed. In the case, in which John Restall was charged with attempting to poison ten station hands, the jury were locked up all night, and not agreeing, were discharged Ibis morning. The prisoner has been remanded till next session.
