(Received February 11, 11,10 .in.) Adelaide, February 11. The Premier lias returned from Hobart, and is highly satisfied with the results of the Premier's Conference. He thinks the outcorao will be the early advancement of Federation. Svuxky, February 11, Mr Reid, the Premier,lias returned from Hobnrt. Ho strongly resents SirH. Partes' disparagement oftlio Premiers Conference, and denies that only three were agreed upon Federation. Ho says four were in absolute agreement, and live wero agreed upon tho essential step of holding a convention elected by tho people, to frame a federal constitution. Sir H. Parkes had always insisted on keeping the question free from party spite and personal spleen, but now he had descended to these levels himself. Mr Reid is sanguine of the success of the scheme drafted by the Conference.
