Elkins is defendant, I have seized all that parcel of land containing 25!) acres, and being Section i\0.5!1, Opaki Block. And that I intend to cause the said land to be sold by public auction, in tbe rooms of Messrs Simms and Mowlcm, in Masterton, on THURSDAY, the 28th day of February, 1895, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, unless the said writ, and all charges thereunder, arc sooner satisfied.
