T THOMAS HUTCHISON, Sheriff J, for the District- of Wairarapa hereby give notice, that by virtue of the Queen's ivrit, issued out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Now Zealand, at Wellington, in a ease wherein Eliex A.vxa Fostkii is plaintiff, and Annum Eikins is defendant. I have seized all that parcel of land containing '259 acre?, and being Section Ko. 59, Opaki Block. And that I intend to cause the said land to be sold by public auction, in the rooms of Messrs Simms and Mowlem, in Masterton, on THUKSDAY, the 28th day of February, 1895, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, unless the said writ, and all charges thereunder, are sooner satisfied. The said intended sale is to be made at the suit of the Execution Creditor. The name of (lie officer executing the writ, is William Scale, of Masterton, Bailiff. NOTICE is hereby given that the Board intends, with the consent, of the ratepayers interested, to raise a loan under The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, and its Amendments, for the purpose of (Ist) forming Johnston's Road, (2nd) metalling 25 chains of the said road at the northern end. The amount to be borrowed is £250, The amount to be set apait in each year to pay oft' the loan is £l2los. To meet the interest and charges a special rate of ljd in the £ will be struck on the rateable value for the time king of the following sections, vis—l, 2, 3, i, 6,6, 8,9, Block I, and 1, 2, Block V., Kopuaranga S.D. It is proposed to pay the cost of raising the loan and first year's interest out of the loan.
