And that I intend to cause the said land to be sold by public auction, in the rooms of Messrs Simms and Mowlem, in Masterton, on THUKSDAY, the 28th day of February, 1895, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, unless the said writ, and all charges thereunder, are sooner satisfied.
