The Half-Holiday.
(By Telegraph-Press Associarfn). Auckland, Monday. A number of shopkeepers, having. obtained a legal opinion from Mr Edwin Hesketh that the recent conference is illegal and the appointment of Saturday asthohalf-lioliday invalid, have instructed him to attack the Gazette notice by taking proceeding in the Supreme Court, Dunedin, Monday. Ninety shops hero have applied to obsorve Saturday as the half-holiday.
