The President of France under Arrest.
Paris, January 31. President Faure, seeking admission to Blyaee, was refused admitvt tance by the sentry, ' Being unable to give the password he was actually arrested by tbe soldier. After some time an officer of the guard made his appearance, and the head of the Republic was released from his awkward position.
