COMMUNICATION PARTLY , RESTORED. January 25,1.15 a.m.) Stdney January 24. The bulk of the cable messages between the time of the stoppage and this morning have been sent south from Oodnadatta by special train to the station, whence they are being telegraphed to Adelaide.
