Proposal to raise a Loan of £IOO for Metalling on tlio Opaki to Eangitumau Road. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Board, at a meeting to be held on SATURDAY, tho 26tli January, 1805, to make a special order strikiug a special rate of one fifth of a penny in the pound on the rateable value for the time being of sections 88,86,81,85,87,89,91, Block V, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 20, 28, 30, 32, Block VI., 91,79,81,83,82,80,78, Block IX, and those portions of sections 76 and 77, in the last mentioned Block, lying to the west of the Opaki-liangitumauroad and Northcroft's road, containing 150 acres, more or less, and bounded towards the west by section 37 m the same block, and by a straight line from the northernmost corner of said section 37 to a point on the northern boundary of section 77, distant in a westerly direction 3375 links from Northcroft's Road, and that portion of section 9, Block X, lying to the westward of the Kakaamu road—all in the Kopuaranga Survey District, for tho purpose of providing intcrest and annual charges on the said loan.
