Beetham ind 6, S, WVDalrymple, who retire by rotation, Both gentlemen, were eligible for re-election. The Secretary (Mr W, Sellar) rend a. letter "from MrDalrymple stated that ill-health prevented him. • attending tho meeting. Mr W. B. No other nominations coming for-! wnrd the Chairman declared Messrs W. H. Beetham and Joseph lorns elected. ;Messra Beetham and lorns returned thanks, and the meeting J melded with tho usual vote of pinks to the chair.
