Auckuxd, Monday. The Court of Enquiry into tho Wairarapa disaster blamed Captain Mcintosh for neglect in navigation ; severely censured the Chiof Officor; commended tho third mate; praised the engineers; eulogised tho heroic conduct of the stewardesses; commended several passengers ; described the boat drill as a farco. No certificates are suspended.
