Sib.—l hear a lot of talk about rabbits on lea station, and 1 wish to state through your paper, that I stopped there a short time ago, and | wishing to get away early in the morning, I was out at fivo a.m. I walked three miles from tho homestead beforo I found my horses, and a man looking for horses is on the look out. I did not follow one track only, and I positively state that in that distance I only saw two rabbits all the morning. I am, etc., James McKcnna, alias" Tho Marquis."
