Acceptances for tho first day's races close at the same place on Thursday. 20th Deo., at 8 p.m. Weights for second day's handicap will be declared at the Empiro Hotel, Featnerston, at about 8 p.m. on tho night of the first day's races, Acceptances close for second day's races at a time to be notified after aro declared, RULES AND REGULATIONS, 1, Nominations ami Acceptances (in proper form) must be accompanied by the necessary fees, otherwise they will be rejected. If Nominations or Acceptances are telegraphed, tho fees must be forwarded by first mail thereafter.
