y Struck by a Train, (By Telegraph.—Press Association) Pamikiistos- North, Tuesday. An elderly man named William Moore, while attempting to rescue a dog near the Oroita Bridge, was struck by tho cowcatcher of tho Foxton engine. His mm wasbrokon and he sustained a severo scalp wound, and now lies unconscious| in thoPalmerston Hospital. Noblanie is attributablo to anvone.
