Payment of Members.
(Received Nor. 22, 0.50, a.m.) I Lokdok, November 21, The Parliamentary Committee of the Trades Union Congress has invited the Premier to introduce a|Bill for the payment of members and other election expenses. The committee suggests that the honorarium should be £3OO per annum. Lord Rosobery replies that the i claim is just in tho abstract, and has promised to -consult- tho Cabinet, though ho doubts if it would bo possible to deal with the question next i session
