A Strange Proceeding.
(Received November 16,10.20 a,in.) Hodakt, November IC. A somewhat extraordinary sceno occurred just prior to the opening of tho Exhibition The choir, consistiP- ing of 850 voices, protested that the flags used for decorations almost obscured the singers, who clamoured fortheirrcmoval,and were supported by the audience, 'flic Executive refused to grant tho request, but just ' as His Excellency entered tho buildins; the sti'ucturo holding tho flags was pulled down, under instruction from one or two memborsof the Executive. Tho various Courts aro in a pretty forward state.
