Interesting Cycling Trip.
Four members of tlio Wellington Cycling Club—Messrs Brodie, Coombs, Beckingsalo and Fabian—finished a tour of 250 miles last Sunday oveniug says theN.Z. Times. They left the city by tho express, train on Friday morning, and upon the arrival at Palmerston North tboy took to the machines. They loft the latter placo at noon, and'as tho Awahuri was not open for traffic a detour was made through Feilding. Wanganui was reached at 6,30 p.m. —57 miles. The party left Wanganui at 7 the following morning, arrived at Woodvillo at 1,15. whovo a spell of an hour and a quarter was made, and reached liastorton at 7 p.m. -122 milos. From Masterton the cyclists took matters easily. They left at 10.30 on Sunday morning, aud arrived in Wellington at 7 p.m.—7l miles,
