The Czar's Funeral.
Moscow, Novomber 12.
The Czar Nicholas, assisted by his relatives, carried tho body of his father from tho train to the funeral car, and afterwards walked with the Prince of Wales in the procession, The Dowager Czarina and Priucess Alix drove. The body, when lying in state in tho cathedral, was surrounded by orders, medals, and crowns valued at over £1,000,000. London, November 12. The Queen personally directed Lord Carringtou to represent her at the Czar's funeral. (Received Nov. 14,10.30 a,m.) St. Petersburg, November 13. The body of the Czar hns arrived licre, and is lying in stato. The functions aro proceeding, : An enormous crowd havo riowed tho body.
