The natives on Pentecost and 'lnnna are killing each otbor as fast as opportunity offers, Ono village in Pentecost revolted against its chief, killed him and his household, and then attacked a neighbouring villago, slaughtered half tho community and ato a number of victims, In Santo, several of the natives who had got fat on the plantations in Fiji were killed and eaton within a week of their return home,
