London, November G. In the course of an intorview, Sir Thomas Sutherland, chairman and joint managing director of tho I'. and 0. Steam Navigation Company, advocated tho establishment of an Imperial Depot at Sydney, for the storago of war material for tho use of vessels selected as armed cruisers in cases of omergency.
