Somo sensation Ims been caused in political circles through JlnjorGeneral Button's report, which it is supposed was suppressed by Sir CI. R. l)ibbs, ex-Premier, being placed on tho table of the House.
The report is couched in most out' spoken terms,
Tlic artillery forces, it is alleged, nrc in a most unsatisfactory condition, and it is declared tlmt they can never lie placed in a state of ellicieney till an experienced artillery officer is placed at their head.
