SECOND EDITION Wairarapa Daily Times. [Established 1874.] FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26, 1894.

Tjirre were fewer stock entries at the Masterton Show yesterday than there were last year, and there wore fewer last year than there were this year before. It is quite tiino that our local.Pastoral Society faced tho difficulty and altered its arrangements. It is a question whether the Showshould not be held a month later orin the autumn. It is also indispensible tint entries should bo worked up better next year than they were this, The Society still commands fine weather, and a generous attendance on the part of the public, but something more than this is needed if the annual meeting is to be a credit to the district.
