The sum to bo set apart in eacli year to pay off the loan is £35 To meet the intercs and annual charges a special rate of 6 and £ pence in the £. will be struck on the rateable value for the time being of all rateable property comprised within the following boundaries:—Commencing at the north-east corner of section 108,' Block VII,, Eopuaranga S.D., proceed in a north-west direction along northcast boundary of said section and section 107, follow north-west boundary of section 107 to section lOC, all in said Block VII, thence by north-east boundary and western boundary of last mentioned section and its production to tho boundary of the Mauncoville lioad District, follow boundary of said lioad District to point of commencement, The cost of raising loan and first year's interest to be paid out of tho loan.
