ALLEGED HOUSE STEALING.

John Maeßae before the Court. A young man named John Mac-" Rae, was chaiged, ou remand, 'with stealing fiom Brancopetb. station, (Messis Beetlmm Bras) a horse named Tempest, valued at £l6, on the 10th of October last. The caseins heard in tho Magistiate's Court, Masteiton, before Messrs Hughes and Horon, J's P. H. H Beetham deposed that he was one of tho owners of Brancopth station.
