-dk«i (From out' Own Correspondent), Wednesday, The Groytown United Football Club's Annual Ball takes place here noxt Friday. We predict a successful affair judging by tho amount of interest tho members and others are taking in the preliminary arrangement. Should the weather continue favourable, a pleasant gathering may be expected. Tho Rov. S. J, Gibson gave a magic lantern exhibition inconnection with the Band of Hope last Monday evening. Tho annual meeting of the members of the Presbyterian Church was held in the Church last evening. Tho report was read and adopted, ftnd considered satisfactory, Refreshmonts were handed round and a very pleasant ovening spent by those present.
