Tho holiday hours are 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and 7 p.m. till 0 p.m. The Public Telegraph Office at Masterton Railway Station is opon from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on week days only, The Pimate Box Lobby at Masterton Post Office is opon on week dnya from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and on Sundays and Holi days from 7 a.m. to 5 p,m, ' At Masterton : Mails for Wellinfitonnnd intermediate offices close daily at 6.15 a.m. asd 2,30 p.m., with the exception of despatches for Clareville, Matarawa, andHutt, which are carried by the morniug train only. For Eketahuna, Pahiatua, Forty Mile Bush, Woodville and Napier at 11,15 a.m. daily. For Alfredton on Mondays and Thursdays at 11.15 a,m. For Lower Taueru, Temii, Whnkatuki. Cashpoint, and East Coa3t on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6.80 a.m. For Kuripuni, daily at noon. The next English and European mail via lfio, per It.M.S. " lOIsJG," will dose at Masterton on WEDNESDAY, the 17th day of October, at 2.31) p.m., due in London 27th November.
