(Received October 12,11.35 a.m.) Hiiisiiaxk, October 12, The Assembly sat over 24 hours considering the Estimates, which were stonewalled by tho Labour party as a protest against Mr Stephens acting temporarily ns Chairman. Progress was only mndo when ho was replaced by another chairman. Mr Glassey levelled personalities against the Premier and a scene was narrowly averted.
