NOTICE is hereby given that the Board intends, with the consent of the ratopay ci's interested, to raise a loan under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, and Amendments," for the purpose of forming Clclnnd's Road, from tlio junction with the Wangaehu Road to section 108, Block VII., Kopuarauga. The amount proposed to bo borrowed is £7OO. The sura to be set apart in each year to pay oil the loan is £35. To meet the interest and annual charges a special rate of C and J pence in the £. will be struck on the rateable value for the time being of all rateable property comprised within tlio following boundaries:—Commencing at the north-east corner of section 108, Block YII., ICopuarangn S.D., proceed in a north-west direction along northeast boundary of said section and section 107, follow uorlh-wcst boundary of section 107 to section 106, all in said Block YII,, thence by north-east boundary and western boundary of last mentioned section and its production to the boundary of the Mauriceville Road District, follow boundary of said Road District to point of commencement. The cost of raising loan and first year's interest to be paid out of the loan.
