The Suez Canal Strike.
British imports, [United Press Association.] (By Ehdrie. Telegraph,—Copyright.) (Received Oct. 8,11.15 a.m.) Pains, October 7. It is reported Unit, owing to tlie threats from the dredger strikers, the Suez Camil Company lias asked France to land a military force to protect the canal. The report, however, is generally discredited. Loxnox, October 7. The imports for the month show a decrease in value of £II,OOO and the exports n decrease of £B3-1,000.
