MASTERTON-THURSDAY,

(Before Mr T. Hutchinson, S.M.) CIVIL SITTINGS. I, Mandel v Clias. Clifford, Claim £l6 14s 6d, for money and goods supplied to defendant, Mr Beard appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Pownall for defendant, A number of witnesses were called on behalf of the plaintiff. Judgment was given for plaintiff with costs. M. Williams v Trustees in the astato of Williams and Barker. Tho claim was for tho recovery of £7 18s amount which had been recovered from Williams by D. Pickering. Mr Pownall explained the position of tho claim, and judgment was given for amount claimed against R. J. Fitton with costs, and costs to W. Sellar, tho other trustee, who held an indemnity from his co-trusteeship.
