Recognised asmall handbag (produced) as that found under the raattrass of accused's bed. Also F noticed the police extract eleven boxes of cigarettes from a hole in the wall abovo tlio bed, along withn considoiablo quantity of groceries, The cigaiettcs, tobacco, boxes of cigars, mors, etc., identified as hoing.'tho same which were stolen from his shop on tho night in question, Did not exactly know the accused, though he had seen him coino to the shop once or twice.
