Wo again .remind onr readers of the Monster Popular Concert, .which takes place in the Drill Hall this evening, Everything has been arranged by Captain Thomas for the convenience of tlioso attouding, and a large house is expected, It is some time sinco we had an entertainment in the Drill Hall, andaconcerttliere will bo a novelty. An exceptionally good and varied programme has been drawn up, including; vocal and instrumental items by' some of our leading amatenrs. Captain Thomas and the "Fakir of Ooln," it need hardly be added, will take' a prominent part in the entertainment.
