Regarding the Hastings' Post Office burglary, tho safe has been found in a ploughed paddock at j Longlnnds, on tho Mnraekakalio ( road, about 3| miles from Hastings, ■ and the express was discovered near the racecourse, which was perhaps as far as the perpetrators could get, as fhe ring bqlt was broken, There are some chisel marks on the joints pej ontranco seems to have been effected by cutting tl|e two plates of Iron at tho bottom. All the cqntents have been abstracted,
