Monthly Meeting. Tho regular monthly meeting of tho Mastertou Road Board was held on Saturday last. Preseut: Messrs Cameron (Chairman), Sfcuckey, McKenzie, Harris and Holmes. JIIXUTES. Tho minutes of tho previous meeting were read and confirmed, METALUXO. Resolved that in future specifications for metalling, the Engineer bo requested to provide tliatstoncs shall bo broken to a gungo not exceeding three inches in diameter, and to see this provision properly carried out. RUASIAUUXfIA HIVEIt ROAD. Mr .Field waited on tho Board to ask for a grant to assist in clearing the logs off the Ruamahunga River Bond. Resolved that the Commissioner of Crown Lands be requested to altar the proposals for. expenditure of thirds fron section IG, block 13, jyjJJi. a vifliv..tajuivii^4hem'oxpended on t(io HiwitiTii Road leading to the section, KOMKSOx's ROAD. Resolved to ask 'Mr Hobieson whether he has any objection to a gato on his road as proposed by Mr Wardel). WEIIAITK KOAD. Resolved thatMrllill's application, for repairs to the Weraito road be referred to the Engineer with poivor to expend the .amount allocated for the year, if necessary. FIXAXCE, The Finance Committeo's report, recommending that accounts amounting to £56 Is 6d be passed for payment w adopted, EXOIXEEII's ItEI'OIIT. The Engineer's report was read and adopted. NORTHCROw's ROAD. Resolved to rescind a previous resolution of the Board, calling upon Mr Minoguo to remove his woolshed from Northcrof t's road, and to accept a rental of 2s per annum, for the right toallow the buildings to remain ou the road, The meeting then adjourned,
