PARLIAMENTARY.
The Companies' Accounts Audit Bill has been passed by both Houses. The Ginning jiill went through its limd stages in the legislative Council yesterday, and some local Bills were passed. Tlie Shops mid Shop Assistants Bill passed through committee in the House of Iteprcsentatives last night without material amendment, and the Shipping mid Seamen's Bill was also reported from committee with an amended schedule stipulating the number of hands to earned on hoard ships and steamers. The Designation o£ Districts Bill and the Destitute Persons Bill were read a second time, and the Oaths Act Amendment Bill passed through all stages..
